Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ, Greetings.
I hope and pray all is well with you and yours.
It has now been 32 weeks since beginning this years mission. So far we've enjoyed the privilege of sharing the gospel in song with 99 Nursing Homes and 27 Churches. To God Be The Glory!
          Monday August 9 th ~
Published the update from the Nazarene church in North Bend, Oregon where I've been allowed to park and shower through the years.
          Tuesday August 10 th ~
Ministered at the "Inland Point" assisted living facility in Coos Bay, Oregon.
          Wednesday August 11 th ~
Showered and did laundry here at the Nazarene church. By the way, showers are not uncommon in some churches, but it's rare to run across one with a washer and dryer as well.
With access to one of the empty rooms, I did some editing on one of the songs. Then sang at the "Life Care Center of Coos Bay". This is one of the older (more poor) faculties that accept social security patients. It often happens that the folk's apparent reaction to the music seems limited. Yet one lady was so obviously touched in her heart, that it tugged on my heart strings also.
          Thursday August 12 th ~
Headed inland, into the Siskiyou National Forest.
          Friday August 13 th ~
Over to the "Bear Creek Recreation Area" where there is free camping, lots of plump juicy blackberry's, and a nice swimming hole.
          Saturday August 14 th ~
Drove to Myrtle Point and sang at the Care Center during their two lunch shifts.
Obtained a shower at the public swimming pool in Coquille. Then back to the coast to Bandon On-The-Sea.
          Sunday August 15 th ~
Attended services at the "Restoration Worship Center" where I enjoyed the Honor of contributing a couple of songs. These dear Brothers & Sisters even provided a sweet Love Offering for the ministry. May God Bless Them!
One of the ladies gave me a complimentary ticket to the Live performance of "My Fair Lady" at the Bandon Playhouse this afternoon. A couple of church members were in the Play. They did a fine job. I enjoyed the opportunity of doing something a bit out of the ordinary day to day routine.
Back to the church for evening services where I was given the gift of being able to share a couple more songs.

And So Begins Another Week.

May The Lord Our God
Guard, Guide And Direct You.
In The Name Of Jesus. Amen!

Yours In Christ, Larry

P.S. This week's song:  "For All To See"
